BOMGAR remote Support will undergo quarterly maintenance updates. This quarters updates include updates to the Base OS as well as the Remote Support Software.

Comments:
After updates, Desktop Application users will need to update their local clients to connect to the server. The client should attempt an automatic update, but if it is unable to, client users will need to download a new installer from the support.umd.umich.edu/Login technician portal.

Resolution notes: Updates were successful, and completed without any issues.
