ITS Engineering and UMnet will be performing software upgrades on the Clearpass servers supporting the WiFi infrastructure on the Ann Arbor and Dearborn campuses.
No outage is expected as a result of these upgrades due to the redundancy of the servers. Access to the MSetup and MGuest portal will be unavailable for a brief period.
All authentications will be moved to alternate servers during the upgrade process. Registered devices on MGuest that have accepted the user agreement will continue to function.
